Kind Words from our winner of the “Trip to Spain” Competition

Back in August 2012, Bespoke Tile and Stone participated in ‘Saturday In Design’.
We held a competition on the day offering an exciting Trip to Spain, complete with a tour of the stunning L’Antic Colonial factory in Castellon.

Our lucky winner, Amanda Furness was kind enough to share her experiences and happy-snaps.
Here is what Amanda had to say…

Hi my name is Amanda Furness, and I was the fortunate 2012 Saturday in Design attendee to win the fabulous ‘Trip to Spain’, provided by Bespoke Tiles and Stone.  They were generous to not only pay for my trip, but also a design friend’s too.
We had a wonderful warm 3 days in Castellon, 65 kms south of Valencia where we attended the amazing tile, tap, bathroom and Kreon showrooms, tile testing facilities and manufacturing warehouses of Porcelanosa, the world’s 4th largest tile manufacturer.

They wined and dined us, gave us wonderful technical information and shared their great facilities with us…and such great tiles, stones and timber floors!  Then we had an amazing 5 days in Barcelona to indulge in the beautiful Roman, Gothic and Modernista architecture of Gaudi and Jujol, and others.
